Ingredients for 4 servings

For the rice

  • 1 Pack Ready-to-eat Jasberry rice Original
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

For the spicy shrimp

  • 300g cooked shrimp, diced
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha

For the avocado and cucumber layer

  • 1 cup avocado, mashed
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt to taste

For the toppings

  • 2 tbsp Katsuobushi
  • 1 tsp black sesame

Instructions

For the rice

  • 1.Heat 1 Pack of Ready-to-eat Jasberry rice Original based on instruction. Gently mix rice with rice vinegar, sugar and salt. Let the rice cool down at room temperature.

For the avocado and cucumber layer

  • 1.Mix everything.

For the spicy shrimp

  • 1.Mix everything.

To serve

  • 1.Place the Ready-to-eat Jasberry rice Original into the stack frame, layers with the avocado and cucumber mixture, follow by the shrimp mixture and sprinkle of Katsuobushi and sesame on top. Serve and enjoy.
