Ingredients

For the Rice
1 pack Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Original
1 tbsp Rice vinegar
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
For the Spicy Shrimp
300g Cooked shrimp, diced
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Sriracha
For the Avocado & Cucumber Layer
1 cup Avocado, mashed
1 cup Cucumber, diced
1/2 tbsp Lime juice
Salt to taste
For the Toppings
2 tbsp Katsuobushi
1 tsp Black sesame

Instructions

For the rice
1. Heat 1 pack of Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Original based on instruction. Gently mix the rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let the rice cool to room temperature.

For the avocado and cucumber layer
1. Simply mix everything.

For the spicy shrimp
1. Simply mix everything.

To serve
1. Place the Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Original into a stack frame. Layer with the avocado and cucumber mixture, followed by the shrimp mixture. Sprinkle Katsuobushi and sesame seeds on top. Serve and enjoy.
