Jasberry Organic Superfood Rice Taco

Craving tacos? Tacos have always been one of our favorite dishes, and here’s a healthy twist on the classic with our Taco Rice recipe. Using Jasberry Organic Superfood Rice, you can prepare this delicious and nutritious Mexican dish in just 20 minutes. It’s perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Enjoy your taco meal!

Ingredients

1 pack Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Original
200g Beef (option for vegan: use vegan meat)
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 Red onion, chopped
2 Leaves iceberg lettuce, cut to thin strips
1 tbsp Neutral flavored oil
1/4 cup Shredded cheese
1/2 Tomato, cubed
3 Cilantro, chopped
1/2 Lemon
For the Taco Seasoning
1 tbsp Chili powder
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Onion powder
1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp Dried oregano
1/2 tsp Paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

For the taco seasoning
1. Combine all the ingredients for taco seasoning and shake well to mix together

For everything else
1. In a medium bowl, combine chopped red onion, tomato, and cilantro. Squeeze half of a lemon into the bowl and mix well.

2. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic cloves and cook until fragrant. Then add the red onion and sauté until coated with oil.

3. Add the ground beef and break it into small pieces using a spatula. Pour in the taco seasoning and mix well with the meat. Turn off the heat.

4. Heat 1 pack of Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Original based on instruction.

5. Serve Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Original on a plate. Top with the ground beef, followed by the onion-tomato mixture, iceberg lettuce, and cheese. Enjoy!
