Ingredients

1 pack Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Original
1 Dragon fruit, cubed
1/2 Block of tofu (100g), cubed
1/2 cup Orange juice
1 tsp Lime juice
1/2 tbsp Organic coconut flower sugar
1 tbsp Chili powder
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Whisk together the orange juice, coconut sugar, chili powder, and lime juice.

2. Add the tofu to the marinade and let it sit for about 15 minutes.

3. Heat a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tofu and the marinade, and cook for about 3-5 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the tofu is cooked through.

4. Remove the tofu from the pan and bring the remaining marinade to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced by half.

5. Heat 1 pack of Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Original based on instruction.

6. Stir the tofu and sauce into the Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Original. Mix in the dragon fruit.

7. Serve warm and enjoy!
