Healthy meal in a hurry? This is an amazingly quick recipe with just a few ingredients that you always have at home. With a pouch of RTE Jasberry rice, mushrooms, onions, parsley and thyme, you can easily create a healthy meal in less than 20 minutes. Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 1 Pack Ready-to-eat Jasberry rice Original
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 250g mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tbsp parsley, minced
  • Fresh thyme for garnish
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a large nonstick skillet set over medium-high heat. Add garlic, onion, cook until starting to brown, put in vegetable broth, mushrooms and cook for a minute.

2.Add Ready-to-eat Jasberry rice Original straight from the pouch then keep stirring constantly, for 30 second, put in parsley, mix well, add salt & pepper to taste. Turn off heat.

3.Garnish with fresh thyme then serve. Enjoy!
