Ingredients

1 pack Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Original
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 Onion, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup Vegetable broth
250g Mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp Parsley, minced
Fresh thyme for garnish
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion, and cook until they start to brown. Pour in the vegetable broth, add mushrooms, and cook for a minute.

2. Add the Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Original straight from the pouch, and stir constantly for 30 seconds. Add parsley, mix well, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Turn off the heat.

3. Garnish with fresh thyme, then serve. Enjoy!
