Ingredients

1 Pack Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Original
2 tbsp Coconut milk
1 tbsp Coconut sugar
1/2 cup Ice
1/2 cup Non-dairy milk of your choice
1/4 cup Condensed coconut milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup Sweet potato, steam
Vegan ice cream

Instructions

1. Combine the ice, non-dairy milk, condensed coconut milk, and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Pour the mixture into two bowls. Add a scoop of Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Original to each bowl, along with a scoop of vegan ice cream and some sweet potato.
