Ingredients

1 Pack Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Original
1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 Garlic Cloves finely chopped
1/2 Onion finely chopped
1/2 Carrot peeled and diced
2 tbsp Ketchup
1/2 tbsp Chili powder
1 tbsp Tomato puree
1/4 tsp Cumin powder
1/4 tsp Coriander seed
1/4 tsp Smoked paprika
1/2 cup Red beans drained and rinsed
1/4 cup Sweetcorn drained
1/2 tbsp Red pepper flakes
1 tsp Fresh Coriander leaves for garnish
1/2 Fresh Red chili finely sliced for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Heat extra-virgin olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat.

2. Sauté the garlic, onions, and carrots for 2 minutes.

3. Add the smoked paprika, tomato purée, chili powder, cumin, coriander seeds, and ketchup.

4. Stir in the sweetcorn, peppers, red beans, and Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Original from the pouch. Mix well until combined.

5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and finely sliced red chilies. Serve hot!
