Ingredients

1 pack Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Coconut
2 tbsp Coconut sugar
1/4 cup Sweetened condensed coconut milk
2 tbsp Non-dairy milk of your choice
2 Mangos
Vegan vanilla ice cream

Instructions

1. Stir together the sweetened condensed coconut milk, non-dairy milk, and coconut sugar. Mix well and divide the mixture in half.

2. Combine the Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Coconut with the first portion of the dressing.

3. Add a large scoop of the Jasberry Rice Coconut mixture to each of 2 bowls, then top each bowl with diced mango. Repeat to create a double layer.

4. Top each bowl with a scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream and drizzle with the remaining dressing.
