Ingredients

1 Pack Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Original
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
3 Eggs
3 Cloves garlic minced
1 Green onion chopped, divided
2 Tomatoes cut into 8 wedges
2 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tbsp Sugar
1/3 cup Water
1 tsp Sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Add extra virgin olive oil to a sauté pan. Once hot, add the garlic and green onion, cooking until fragrant. Then add the tomatoes, ketchup, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and water. Cook until the tomatoes have softened, about 1-2 minutes.
