Ingredients

1 Pack Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Original
200g Sushi-grade salmon, cubed
1 Avocado, sliced
2 Cucumbers, sliced
3 Green onions, chopped
Pickled ginger
Nori (seaweed) strips
Black and white sesame seeds
Soy sauce for drizzling

Instructions

1. Heat 1 pack of Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice based on instruction. Divide into two bowls.

2. Top each bowl evenly with the cubed salmon, avocado slices, cucumber, and green onions.

3. Place pickled ginger in the center of each bowl.

4. Sprinkle the sushi bowls with nori strips and sesame seeds.

5. Serve with a side of soy sauce for drizzling.
