Ingredients

1 Pack Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Original
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1/2 tsp Salt
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tsp White sesame seeds
1 Beetroot thinly Sliced
1 Carrot thinly Sliced
2 Eggs
1 Avocado sliced
1/2 Cucumber thinly sliced
2-3 Nori Sheets

Instructions

1. Heat 1 pack of Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Original based on instruction. Add sesame oil and salt, and mix well.

2. Cook the beetroot and carrots in 1 tablespoon of sesame oil until softened, then season with salt.

3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add a pinch of salt. Cook the eggs into a thin omelet on a nonstick pan. Cut the omelet into strips and set aside.

4. Place a sheet of plastic wrap on a surface, then lay a sheet of nori on top, shiny side down. Scoop the Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice onto the nori, and layer with the cooked beetroot, carrots, omelet strips, and avocado. Squeeze a generous amount of mayonnaise on the avocado, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and layer up. Add another layer of Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice on top.

5. Fold the corners of the nori sheet towards the center to cover the filling and wrap it from all sides. Tightly wrap the sandwich with plastic wrap and let it sit for 10 minutes.

6. Cut in half and enjoy!
