Ingredients

1 Pack Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Coconut
100g Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 Red chili finely chopped
1/2 tbsp Ginger finely chopped
1/2 cup Coconut milk 
1/4 cup Water

Spices & Seasoning
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Hand full of fresh spinach
2 tbsp Toasted pumpkin seeds
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil into a frying pan. Add the finely chopped chili, chopped ginger, and chickpeas, and fry for 5 minutes.

2. Add garlic to the pan and fry for 1 minute, then add tomatoes, water, and spices. Bring to a boil and cook for 6-7 minutes.

3. Reduce to medium heat, then stir in the grated ginger, spinach, and coconut milk until well combined.

4. Heat 1 pack of Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Coconut based on instruction.

5. Serve the Chana Masala in a bowl with Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Coconut, and top with toasted pumpkin seeds before serving.
