Spicy Chicken & Basil Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice

Ingredients

1 Pack Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Original
150g Shrimp(option for vegan : use vegan meat)
2 Garlic cloves, roughly chopped
2 Red chilies, chopped
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tbsp Fish sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 Onion, sliced
1/2 cup Basil leaves
Cucumber slices, to serve
Lime wedges, to serve
2 crispy Fried eggs, to serve (optional)

Instructions

1. Heat the extra-virgin olive oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the garlic and red chili and cook for about 30 seconds. Then add the shrimp and onion, and stir-fry until the shrimp is cooked through.

2. Add the Jasberry Organic Ready-to-Eat Superfood Rice Original, oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then toss in the holy basil and remove from heat.

3. To serve, divide the rice among serving plates. Top with a crispy fried egg, cucumber, and lime.
