Gluten-Free Superfood Pasta
Superfoods are defined as foods that contain high levels of nutrients and offer a range of health benefits. The example of well-known superfoods are quinoa, acai berries, goji berries, kale, spirulina. Jasberry rice, with its high antioxidant contents, 4 times higher than quinoa, 7 times higher than kale, is undoubtedly qualified as a superfood.
We all love superfoods, but we found it so hard to incorporate all of our favorite superfoods into every meal. When it came to creating gluten-free pasta, we also couldn’t decide which superfoods we wanted to be in our favorite meals, so we decided to put them all together.
